When visitors click the icon, they will be prompted to enter their phone number in order to initiate a Click-to-Call session. TeliCore places two outbound calls, one to the website visitor and another to your customer’s agent, and then bridges both legs of the call together.

No. Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination. Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need. Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.

It begins with a website icon embedded into your customer’s website. When the icon is clicked a field appears where users can enter the phone number they wish to be called on. Telinta’s platform then places an outbound call to the website visitor and another to your customer’s agent, bridging both calls together. As an option, you can offer our brandable WebRTC web-based softphone for the visitor to place the call to your customer’s agent.
