How do I configure volume discounts or other promotions?

Volume Discount plans enable you to provide a discount to higher value customers. Volume Discounts can be defined in the amount of minutes or in the amount of revenue per month. Volume discount plans can be added on the Volume Discount plans Main Menu entry.

You can also configure promotions in the form of a “bundled offer”. Unlike our volume-based discount, bundled promotions allow you to encourage customers to use multiple services, such as adding Mobile VoIP to their service for their home or office.  Detailed descriptions of available options is available in the …more »
