What routing options do I have?
Telinta offers you a variety of routing options to meet your need, and we explain them each in detail during the training we provide to our customers. Examples of routing options include:
- LCR (Least Cost Routing).
- Preference Based Routing: Assign preferences to route specific destinations via the providers you select, or for load balancing.
- Individual routing plans (custom routing plans based on your vendor preference).
- Fail-over routing (if Carrier A fails, your calls will go to Carrier B automatically).
- Guaranteed Profit Routing: Option to remove routes to providers with the per-minute pricing higher that you charge your customers.
