Google Cloud is unique since its sub-penny per-minute pricing makes Voicemail Transcription affordable for any size VoIP service provider and their resellers around the world. Using the Google Cloud API and Telinta’s unique Voicemail Transcription plug-in, Telinta customers can offer Voicemail Transcription in over 125 languages.
When a Telinta customer’s end user receives a voicemail, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text uses automated speech recognition to transcribe the voicemail. The transcribed text will then be sent to the end user by email.
