How does it work?
Telinta’s cloud-based solution for Callback services enables you to give your customers a way to make outbound calls merely by triggering an inbound call, which is usually free for most users to receive. Your users can trigger a Callback session by dialing an access number, by SMS, by email, or online. When a session is triggered, Telinta’s TeliCoreTM platform places an outbound call to your user with a customizable IVR greeting prompting them to enter the destination number they wish to call. TeliCore then places an outbound call to the destination, and bridges the two calls together. Users can enjoy stored speed-dial for frequently called numbers.
