TeliClick is a cloud-based solution enabling your customers to easily receive phone calls from their website visitors. TeliClick can be customized with multiple options. It begins with a website icon embedded into your customer’s website. When the icon is clicked a field appears where users can enter the phone number they wish to be called on. Telinta’s platform then places an outbound call to the website visitor and another to your customer’s agent, bridging both calls together. As an option, you can offer our brandable WebRTC web-based softphone for the visitor to place the call to your customer’s agent.
How do you benefit?
The solution is a unique way for your customers to profit by turning website visits into new sales and more satisfied clientele. Calls can be made directly to your customer’s sales and support team, while the caller is still on the website.
