Yes. Telinta provides a comprehensive user’s guide for TeliCon and for other services. This is available on our Documentation page. Our team of expert engineers are available 24×7 to help Telinta customers with any of our solutions.
No. Telinta does not provide DIDs or VoIP Termination. Instead we enable our customers to use any provider they need. Telinta has partnered with several leading DID providers and VoIP Termination carriers so that Telinta customers will receive special pricing, however customers are not obligated to use our partners.

Your customers use our brandable web-based TeliCon interface to set up conference rooms, send email invitations, generate access codes, configure moderated and unmoderated conferences, and more. Recordings can be quickly downloaded. TeliCon is a useful complement to popular business services like Hosted PBX, Virtual Office, and other VoIP services. All of your TeliCon minutes are included in your volume discount pricing to help cut per-minute costs as your volume grows.
